What It’s For

Rub R.C. essential oil on your chest and back of the neck before an early-morning workout. For an invigorating massage, combine it with your favorite massage oil for a foot or back massage after your gym routine, outdoor adventure, or yoga practice. You can also add a few drops to a hot bath or shower. The warm water will calm and soothe you, and the oil will diffuse with the steam for an invigorating and empowering experience.

Ingredient Highlight

We have many choices when it comes to eucalyptus essential oils. Fortunately, because of R.C. essential oil, you don’t always have to choose! This blend combines Eucalyptus globulus, radiata, and citriodora, along with other essential oils, for a refreshing blend.

Who Should Use R.C. Essential Oil Blend

The cooling and opening attributes of this blend can ease mental congestion. If you feel stuck in your thinking, try inhaling a few drops from your palms, or apply directly to your chest and neck. This blend is a favorite to diffuse at night to support normal, clear breathing through the night.
