  1. I have some MultiGreens and the container in Canada NHP says to only take one a day and to consult a doctor for use more than a month. There is a warning for iron overdose if too much consumed????

    • Each market has to label products according to their rules and regulations, which is why the directions would be different in Canada. We know of many people who take 3+ capsules each day, and have for a long time without any ill effects. You are your bodies best advocate, Lindsey just provides you the information that you need to make these decisions for yourself. 🙂

    • I am in Canada and I only take one a day as my body is very sensitive and I find YL products are so potent (in a good way). I have been taking this now regularly for almost a year. I love it! It really helps me as I have cancer and want to flood my body with nutrients.

  2. I’m curious if anyone knows if the Alfalfa (medicago sativa) stem/leaf extract listed as part of the ingredients in the Multigreens is different from Alfalfa sprouts?? Asking for someone who is dealing with Lupus.
