  1. Lindsey, I have listened to this a couple times. It has so much good information that it gives me brain overload. But I wouldn’t have it any other way! I just went to a conference on Nutritional and Integrative Interventions for Mental Health Disorders. Minerals were a big discussion Calcium and Magnesium to help with many things but the focus was on mood. So anyone with anxiety and panic attacks it is important to have both of these minerals. Also discussed VitaminD which the Dr reiterated the importance of VitaminD3 as the preferred D. I am thankful that YL identifies the importance of D3. I use Master Formula and think I will start using Mega Cal for an additional supplement to increase the calcium and magnesium in my diet. I now also understand why one would take Calcium twice a day if your body would expel to much if taken all at once. I believe we do take to much Calcium because we don’t account for our diet that has calcium (milk and cheese). I love your info..thank you! Sherry

  2. I have a question. I am new to the supplements. I bought Master Formula and Super B. After watching this video I am wondering should I be taking the Super B and if so when in the day should I do that. Thank you

    • You can, Lea, but you are also getting B vitamins in the Master Formula. I personally prefer taking Super B in the morning, as it gives me extra energy.

    • Not at all. They work differently in the body. Life 9 is a probiotic and Master Formula is a multivitamin that also contains prebiotics.

  6. I want to try this but I’m in menopause and Master Formula has iron in it. I’ve read that women in menopause should not take iron. You thoughts?

    • There are lots of women in menopause that take Master Formula with no issues. If you are concerned, we recommend speaking with your physician and having them monitor your iron levels. 🙂

  7. Thanks for this video, Lindsey. Since you mentioned key differences in MightyVites and Master Formula, especially to avoid build up of the fatty Vit A types, would you please do a product video on MightyVites. Keeps showing up on adult iTovi scans and will be most helpful to talk folks through it. Thanks. Love.

  8. Might be a silly question or an obvious question LOL but just clarifying — since we have a gnarly set of B vitamins IN master formula (I almost abbreviated that and thank God I didn’t hahah!) — could we say it’s okay to sub in the set of B’s for Super B?! Or is there a difference?
