What It’s For

This supplement contains a balance of soluble and insoluble fiber, essential oils, and aloe to help keep your colon clean. Proper fiber intake is important to ensure effective nutrient and water absorption from food, as well as encouraging the removal of toxins. This not only helps clean residues from the colon, but also promotes better digestion.

Ingredient Highlight

ICP provides one gram of soluble fiber, and one gram of insoluble fiber, as well as two grams of dietary fiber per serving. This is about 10% of the recommended amount of fiber for most adults in just one serving. The supplement also contains protein-digesting enzymes to further facilitate healthy digestive function.

Who Should Use ICP

Anyone looking to increase their fiber intake will enjoy the benefits of this supplement. Because of the protein-digesting enzymes, people on a high-protein diet may need to take more of this product to achieve the desired results. Also, women who are pregnant or nursing should consult a physician before starting this product.

Companion Products

Young Living has several products to support proper digestion and elimination. Check out ComforTone and Essentialzyme, both of which accompany ICP in the Cleansing Trio.

Don’t Have ICP?

If you can’t get your hands on ICP, you can get a decent amount of fiber from Balance Complete.
