Eucalyptus Globulus essential oil comes from the large, aromatic eucalyptus trees of the Myrtaceae family. The earthy, fresh aroma is popular in personal care products as well as spa treatments.

What It’s For

Eucalyptus Globulus has cleansing properties and a stimulating scent. Like other eucalyptus essential oils, many people enjoy applying it topically or diffusing. It supports the respiratory system and can freshen the atmosphere of your home or office when diffused.

Constituent Highlight

The fresh menthol aroma comes from 1,8 cineole, or eucalyptol. Eucalyptol is frequently used for respiratory support, as well as in toothpastes and personal care products. If you have concerns, you can learn more about this compound here.

Who Should Use Eucalyptus Globulus Essential Oil

Many people like to add eucalyptus to a diffuser or humidifier to support healthy respiration. Additionally, the cooling properties make this a good option for an after-workout massage to soothe fatigued muscles.

Companion Products

Breathe Again Roll-On contains eucalyptus, along with some other essential oils for supporting the airways. You may also want to combine it with your favorite massage or carrier oil, such as OrthoEase, for a great muscle relief rub.

Don’t Have Eucalyptus Globulus Essential Oil?
