Try For FreeBalance Complete is a super-food-based meal replacement shake that is both a powerful nutritive energizer and a cleanser. This is why it is a major player in the 5 Day Nutritive Cleanse. Balance Complete also features Young Living’s proprietary V-Fiber blend, supplying an amazing 11 grams of fiber per serving, absorbing toxins, and satisfying the appetite while balancing the body’s essential requirements.
What It’s For
Balance complete is a meal replacement shake that doubles as a major detoxifier. It is high in fiber, high in protein, and contains the good fats, enzymes, vitamins, and minerals needed for a nutritionally dynamic meal.
Ingredient Highlights
Fiber and multiple digestive enzymes are the most notable benefits you will receive from taking Balance Complete. The fiber comes from Ningxia wolfberries as well as chicory inulin. Chicory inulin provides fructooligosaccharides, which absorb water in the gut, feed good bacteria in the gut, and make stool larger.
This supplement also includes multiple digestive enzymes, plant based extracts, powerfully detoxifying herbs, vitamins and minerals, as well as quite a bit of protein.
Allergen warnings: Balance complete contains whey, which is not vegan or dairy free. If you’re trying to stick to a vegan/dairy-free diet check out my recommendation at the end of this post. It also includes barley grass which, although it does not contain gluten, does carry the risk of cross-contamination with barley seed, which would make it not gluten free.
Who Should Take Balance Complete
This shake is great for all ages and family members whether used for a snack or as a total meal replacement!
However, it does contain cholesterol from whey as well as some sodium. For those watching their sodium intake or cholesterol, be aware.
Companion Products
If you find that there is too much fiber for you, make sure you’re diluting Balance Complete in enough waters. Also consider combining with dose of Digest + Cleanse, which was designed to break down Balance Complete.
Don’t Have Balance Complete?
Try the Pure Protein Complete for another great Young Living meal replacement shake.
For a vegan and dairy free option, consider taking the Slique Shake.
Thank you for this. What is the protein source? I know you said this would not work for vegans (because of the whey?), but the protein could still come from plants (hoping?). Kinda confused, just want to make sure I know what I am talking about when I share this product with others😃.
The protein is from whey protein. Balance Complete is not considered vegan as there is nonfat dried milk in the ingredients as well.
Question – because Digest & Cleanse is out of stock, could you subsitute Comfortone for the 5 Day Cleanse?
ICP is not labeled to help with the same things that Digest & Cleanse is.
Can use Digize in a capsule in place of Digest and Cleanse?
