There are certain supplements that we need to avoid overuse of.
There are a few supplements I’d like you to use with a bit of caution. While this isn’t a complete list of everything (because let’s be real that’s ipossible) I did create a list of questions I get asked all the time. Let’s look into some general guidelines for special populations. Meaning pregnancy, lactation, children, and the elderly.
